“From Burnout to Brilliance: Mindful Living, Lasting Change.”
Meet Shy Mack
Founder of Mindful Matters and creator of the RESET™ Method, Shy Mack is a Registered Nurse turned Nervous System Strategist who helps school nurses and educators move from burnout to brilliance.
After more than 20 years caring for women, infants, and children, Shy saw a pattern: those who serve others often neglect themselves. Her own journey through exhaustion and overwhelm led her to discover the power of nervous system mastery, emotional intelligence, and intentional action.
Today, she blends science, strategy, and soul to help servant leaders regulate stress, reclaim clarity, and rise into sustainable resilience.
Because burnout isn’t the end of your story — it’s the beginning of your brilliance.

My sessions with Shy were fun and took me from autopilot to awareness. I was able to release physical and mental weight and decrease my medication doses. I also developed a new attitude of letting "it" go and being my kind, caring, helpful, giving & serving self in spite of "it". In support of living my best life I am excited to continue my personal development with Shy.

Coaching with Shy was amazing. She taught me to believe in myself, take everyday as a gift and work through things 1 by 1. We had a great connection and we will be friends for life. She's kind, understanding and inspirational. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to get focused on life and health challenges. Thank you Shy, you changed my life!
